I’m Dawn Warmack, an American fiction author from a small town in Michigan, drawn to stories shaped by mystery, emotion, and the unseen. Writing allows me to transform imagination into immersive worlds where secrets linger, courage is tested, and nothing is ever quite what it seems.

My work centers on supernatural mystery and emotionally driven storytelling. In my books, I create gothic-leaning narratives where shadowed histories, hidden forces, and deeply human struggles collide. These stories explore the fragile line between light and darkness, love and loss, fear and resilience.

Influenced by family, personal conviction, and a belief that meaning can emerge from even the darkest moments, my characters confront danger without surrendering their humanity. I write to draw readers into atmospheric worlds they can escape into — while still recognizing something honest, unsettling, and true.

In 2025, I was honored to be named a finalist at the International Impact Book Awards, held October 4th in Hollywood, California — a red-carpet celebration often referred to as “the Oscars for authors.”
